DnsChanger is a simple application for changing your DNS settings to look at the free DNS servers online.

It allows you to point at Google DNS, Open DNS, and Fool DNS.
New ones can be added by editing the config file.

There are two executables, a command line application and a windows application.

To install simply download the zip file and extract it. You will need to have .Net 3.5 installed, you can get this from the Microsoft website.

The source is in C#, built with Visual Studio 2008 Express.
